The Board of Directors for Oswego Harbor Festivals, Inc. recently met to discuss the financial position of the festival.  As a result, and after lengthy discussion the Board unanimously voted to eliminate activities on River Walk West.

OSWEGO, New York – The Oswego community approved the Oswego Public Library’s recent budget increase proposal on May 20, giving further support to the renovation and expansion project that is near completion.
