Catholic Charities of Oswego County to Host Nutritional Education Series |

The Emergency Assistance Program at Catholic Charities of Oswego County will
host A.P.P.L.E.S. (Adopting Positive & Practical Life-styles for Eating) on
Monday, May 12th through Thursday, May 15th.
A.P.P.L.E.S. is a series of workshops
focusing on nutritional education.
Participants will learn the benefits of smart shopping, serving fruits
and vegetables to your family, healthy eating tips and food safety. The workshops will be held from 9am until 12n
at Catholic Charities of Oswego County, 108 East Sixth St., Oswego. A.P.P.L.E.S. is sponsored by the Cornell
Cooperative Extension Assoc. of Oswego County.
