Members of the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce will be treated to a
special presentation from Central New York Entrepreneur, Nicole Samolis, CSEP as
part of the Chamber’s Small Business Week Celebration.
Ms.
Samolis will be the featured speaker at the Chamber’s annual Small Business Week
Breakfast to be held, Thursday, May 22nd at the Oasis at Thunder
Island.
A
graduate of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, with a BPS Degree in Fashion
Design and Business Management, Samolis is the president and founder of The
Events Company. For the past 11 years
she has created buzz in her community with the creativity of the events she has
produced.
Raised in an entrepreneurial family, the transition into
the world of business ownership was a comfortable one for Ms. Samolis.
Her enthusiasm, tenacity, and entrepreneurial instincts have enabled her
to steadily grow the business and position it as a leader in the industry.
Ms.
Samolis leads the business development, team development, and creative for The
Events Company. She has 20 years experience
in sales, business development and operations, product design and presentation,
project management, and human resource training and development with 11 of those
years specifically in Event Management.

The
Chamber’s annual Small Business Week Breakfast will be held Thursday, May
22nd at 8:00am at Thunder Island Oasis, 21 Wilcox Road in Fulton,
just off Route 48.
