Catholic Charities of Oswego County to host Nutritional Education Series PDF Print E-mail

Fulton, NY - The Emergency Assistance Program at Catholic Charities of Oswego County will host A.P.P.L.E.S. (Adopting Positive & Practical Life-styles for Eating) on Monday, June 2nd, through Friday, June 5th.  

 

A.P.P.L.E.S. is a series of workshops focusing on nutritional education.  Participants will learn the benefits of smart shopping, serving fruits and vegetables to your family, healthy eating tips and food safety.  The workshops will be held from 9 am until 12 Noon at Catholic Charities of Oswego County, 108 East Sixth St., Oswego.  A.P.P.L.E.S. is sponsored by the Cornell Cooperative Extension Assoc. of Oswego County.  For more information on the workshops call Judy Egan at 598-3980.
