Fulton, NY – With the availability of
local, affordable healthcare becoming more important each day Oswego County
Opportunities continues to play a major role as a healthcare provider for those

staff of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants continue to
strive to meet the healthcare needs of Oswego County.
Nurse Practitioner, Nancy
Bidinger has been with OCO since 1993.
She has seen thousands of patients over the years and recognizes the
impact that OCO’s health centers have on the community. “Our health centers are staffed with medical
professionals who provide a high quality of healthcare. When you are dealing with an economically and
socially underserved population the needs are much greater. Therefore we go above and beyond with our
efforts to provide our patients with excellent healthcare and support that will
help them in making a better life for themselves,” said Bidinger.
